Court proceedings of the Bronx native’s latest court date – obtained by Hip-Hop Lately – outline the shocking incident which resulted in the rapper’s charges, as well as Hernandez’s dialogue from the court hearing.
“I was doing it for my image,” the 22-year-old rapper was quoted as saying. “When she came in she asked me how old I was and I told her I was 18 and I assumed she was older.”
“The way she was asking me made me think she was older.” 6ix9ine admitted to reposting the video footage of the incident, which involved a 13-year-old girl, from the other defendant.
6ix9ine identified the other defendant as Taquan Anderson, also known as Tay Milly, and admitted to pouring “ice water” on the young girl, who was nude, in one of the videos.
“I left late that night while the party was still going on,” he added. “I took the train from Uptown.” Conditions from his probation reportedly mean that if he is arrested, it will be considered violation and he could face jail.
The rapper and his team were involved in a shooting with the security team of record label executive Elliott Grainge, shortly after he received his probation sentence.
